Els was the youngest Master Certified Coach in the Low Countries, is a keynote speaker and executive coach, with a team of seven excellent coaches at her side. To date, she has helped more than 7.500 people worldwide to get the most out of their business on their own terms, but for her that’s only the tip of the iceberg. She dreams of inspiring much more!
With her no bullshit approach and high energy on stage her coachees call her the female Tony Robbins. And that’s ok by her. She doesn’t shy away from comparisons like that. Keeping yourself small is not her business, playing big is.
This selfmadewoman came from a very humble upbringing with parents who battled addiction and struggled with mental health. This overachiever worked damn hard to get away from it all, but it was only when she came to peace with her childhood demons that she could unlock the real superpowers inside of her.
