Tom Husson is an impact entrepreneur first & a computer scientist second with a life mission of impacting a billion+ lives positively. His main work is as a keynote speaker, podcast host, founder & CEO of Humain. In his day to day, he focuses on creating value through paradigm shifts with technology. He is at his best when conceptualizing and figuring out a way to bring "something new" to life.   A constant throughout his life is a drive for impact that amongst other things led him to travel across the world with an NGO focussed on doing volunteer work in different communities to spark bridges of understanding, named Up with People. Then later function as president of an international student NGO focused on social entrepreneurship, called AFD, and eventually inspired him to start a company called Humain NV where they transform organizations with digital innovation in the purpose of tackling the horrifying statistic that 85% of people are emotionally disengaged at work.   On a quest for paradigm shifting questions, he built a proof of concept for a cryptocurrency called “Impact Coin” with the aim of structurally solving the misaligned incentives that root climate change & deep social inequalities. It also made him explore the question of how closed-loop, AI-ran, solar-charged farms could provide the world with free food. This latter quest for paradigm shifting question has opened many doors for him as it allowed Tom to give a ted talk at 20, as well as to speak on the same stage as people like Sir Richard Branson, UN Sec-Gen António Guterres & multiple prime-ministers as a Horasis Young Visionary.
